This property is a beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom fully air-conditioned home that provides everything your family and friends could possibly wish for on your Disney Vacation. The home sleeps up to 12 guests very comfortably and features 1 King-size master bedroom, 1 Queen-size master, 2 Queen bedrooms (1 conveniently located on the ground floor) and two Twin rooms; a Mickey Mouse room and a Minnie Mouse room.

The ground floor in this non-smoking villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a dishwasher and all the kitchen utensils needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  It also features a breakfast nook with seating for 4 and a breakfast bar with seating for a further 3 people.  

Kitchen and Family Room

The kitchen extends into the family room which is defined by the luxurious leather section couch.  The wall mounted TV is a 50” plasma HDTV with surround sound home theater system for a full home theatre experience.  The cable feed into the house has also been upgraded to allow for a digital set-top box, this provides the capabilities to watch HD Programming and also makes available the FOX Soccer Channel for FREE Live Premiership Soccer and BBC America to keep you to date with your local news should you be traveling from the U.K.

As you move through the family room to your left there is a door that leads into the laundry room which features a washer/dryer should you require them on your stay.  As you pass through the family room a beautiful archway leads you into the formal dining and living area of the house.  The formal dining area features an eight place table and is conveniently linked to the kitchen through the arched opening in the wall, providing great accessibility at meal times.  The formal living space is beautifully decorated with international clock showing 5 different time zones, 2 leather couches and a coffee table to provide a relaxing space for reading, conversation or board games.

This room also features a brand new Dell Desktop Computer with a DVD burner and a 19” LCD monitor with a subwoofer speaker system.  The internet connection is broadband and also features WIFI throughout the home should you have a Laptop.  

Amazing Games Room

If you travel through the laundry room downstairs it brings you through to the amazing games room.  The custom painted room features wall art of Mickey Mouse to keep you in the spirit of things.  It has a brand new 8' x 4' slate bed regulation size pool table, a twin engine 8' x 4' air hockey table and electronic dart board.  Seating is provided in the form of a luxury couch with coffee table for those not playing with bar stools and drink shelving provided for the lucky players.  

Patio and Private Pool with Grill

Finally on the ground floor as you make way through the kitchen you see the large sliding doors that lead to the outside patio and pool area.  This area provides outside dining plus sun loungers and deck chairs for basking in the sun all day long beside the south facing pool and hot tub.  The pool is 14’ x 28’, and along with the hot-tub can be heated for added comfort.  The patio also features a brand new stainless steel gas grill with side burner, free to use for your outdoor entertainment.  Another important feature of the outside living areas is the privacy.  The villa has absolutely no rear neighbors.   The Lanai screen has also been upgraded, along the side of the lanai, Florida glass has been installed for great privacy.  This is a non-transparent screen day and night for ultimate separation from adjacent villas.  The pool is professionally cleaned and serviced by our management team to ensure perfect bathing conditions.  

The Bedroom Suites

As you go to the top of the stairs take a right and you will head straight into the master bedroom. The master bedroom features a king size bed, bedsides tables, lamps and a large dresser with mirror and a chest of drawers with a 20” TV on top.  There is also a reclining leather chair with footstool for relaxing while reading or watching TV in private or just to put your shoes on.  The en-suite bathroom features the walk in closet, separate toilet, walk in shower stall with sliding glass, his and hers vanities with huge mirror and a double bath tub.  The room is finished off with matching towels, window treatment and bath mats for added comfort and style.  

Take a left at the top of stairs and follow landing to the end and there you will find the 2nd master suite.  It also features a larger dress with mirror and a 20” TV.  The window treatment, bedroom set, bathroom mats and towels are all color coordinated to give you a great sense of comfort and style.  This room has a queen bed with bedside tables and lamps.  There is also a built-in closet with shelving.  The bathroom has a single vanity with storage space.  The walk in shower has sliding glass doors.  

The 3rd queen bedroom also has color coordinated bedroom sets and window treatment.  This room also has a large dresser with mirror and a TV, bed side table and lamps.   It also has a built-in closet with shelving.  The bathroom is just down the hall.  

Just to the left of the family room on the ground floor is a queen bedroom. The bedroom features a large dresser with mirror, corner chest of drawers with remote TV and a small bedside table.  The bedroom is serviced by a ground floor bathroom, just across the hall which has a large sink and vanity, huge mirror and shower/tub stall with custom paint and window treatments to match the bedroom.  The bedroom/bathroom is of great use for older guests and people who are physically challenged. 

The Minnie Mouse room has 2 twin beds with mini mouse bedding.  It also has Minnie Mouse themed artwork on the walls as well as a life size Minnie looking over the beds.  The room also has a bedside table with lamp and a large chest of drawers with a TV.  The room also has built-in closet.  This room also features custom paint on the walls and window treatment to match the room theme.  

The Mickey Mouse room is a large room with 2 twin beds with Mickey mouse bedding.  It also has a Mickey mouse artwork on the wall as well as a life size Mickey mouse.  The room also has a bedside table with lamp and a large chest with TV.  The room also has a large walk-in closet with shelving, it so big it could be used to store the entire parties suitcase. The room has custom paint on the walls as well as window treatment to match the rooms theme.

The shared bathroom is very large, it has a separate room for the toilet and tub/shower, connected by the main area which has a linen closet, double vanity and mirror.  The bathroom also features a decorative shower curtain matching window treatment and colored towels to add to the comfort and style of the bathroom. 

Added Features for Babies and Toddlers

The house also contains some FREE extras that usually need to be rented at other villas.  They include a baby high chair, a graco stroller (fits car seat), an umbrella stroller and a fold away crib in master bedroom which can be moved to any room.  There is also a Graco "Pack and Play" and some cuddly toys and games.
